Just got this as a floor model and really like it. There are many adjustments in lots of directions. My only complaint to date is that the arm rests which can adjust left or right turn far too easily and I am constantly having to reposition them. Very nice desk chair.

Very comfortable and airy. Old executive chair was comfortable but stuffy on hot days. Elevation seems to be stable and not slowly sinking as previous chair.

This replaced a 21 year old Aeron. It took just a few minutes to set up. I like the lumbar support & upright sitting position. My only complaint is the arm rests. They're adjustable which is nice but I wish the fit was a little tighter so they didn't shift positions so easily or inadvertently - admittedly a small complaint. Other than that it's a good purchase and recommended. Now lets see if it lasts 21 years!
