This has great back support. Only reason not a 5 star is because the arm rests move around too easily and there is no way to tighten them up.

We bought this chair for my wife to use while she works at home. She finds it very comfortable. I also find it very comfortable so it’s good for men and women 5’5” - 5’11” and probably shorter and taller. There are lots of controls on the chair to personalize the chair for comfort: the seat the back the arms. The lumbar support is especially comfortable and it molds to the occupant’s body. The chair is apparently comfortable enough for my wife to sit in it for up to 11 hours/day (maybe that’s why I can’t get her to take a break or stop working). The salesperson at Staples was knowledgeable and helpful. The tech who put the chair together did a great job. The price is unbelievably reasonable for the quality of this chair. It rivals chairs 2-3 times more expensive. Nice work all around. The only problem is I’ll probably need to buy another one for my home office.

I have had this chair for two weeks so far and it VERY uncomfortable. I thought if I spent more on a chair it would be better for considering I would be sitting in it 7-9 hours a day.... boy was I wrong! I would not recommend this chair.

Great chair for a home office. Robust and seemingly well built with great lumbar support. It is also easy to adjust. I do wish that the arm rest width was adjustable and the mesh fabric can get a little "scratchy" after a long session. But definitely a pro-level chair in build quality and comfort.
