The chair is very comfortable and the instructions were easy to follow to put together. I personally need to figure out what adjustments I need to set the chair at because I find myself slouching in it too much. Good product itself though.

I really wanted to love this chair. I really enjoyed the lumber support (amazing) and the resistance aspect of keeping your posture in place. But the tush wow no support at all! I sit in my chair 6-8 hrs a day - I am stationed and it is not comfortable at all! I had it for 4-days; the 1st day I felt uncomfortable but thought I needed to get use to it. By the 1/2 of the 2nd day I had to use a butt cushion to alleviate the numbness I felt below the waist and by the 3rd day I kept thinking to myself if I'm spending this kind of money I expect more. Returned.

After a few years the gas strut worked it's way slowly lower in the skirt until it is now touching the ground. The chair is now too short for me and is scraping the rug when moving on the castors. I can't get it apart so I may have to throw out a perfectly good chair

This is a solid comfortable chair. Glad I got the mesh. Staples asked for a review after I only had it for a week. Can't give it 5 stars after one week because long-term comfort and durability are important. If they want to ping me again in a year then I'll revisit my rating.
