I tried every non leather chair in the store and this was the most comfortable one. No complaints so far. I ended up ordering it online and having it delivered because the box was too big to fit in my car.
I haven't bought a new office chair in about 25 years. As I am retired I have changed professions and am now a full time writer. I needed something that would be comfortable for the many hours I spend each day in front of a computer and I especially wanted a chair that would provide good lumbar support. This chair provided both extremely well. Relatively easy to assemble it has made a nice addition to my new office. I like the style and I know it will go well with whatever decor change I choose in the future. The mesh is so much more cooling. So glad I don't have a plastic seat or backing anymore which caused a lot of sweating especially in the summer. As the plastic literally was peeling off the old chair on the seat and arms I doubt I will have that kind of problem with this chair. When I saw the mesh material I was surprised that the seat is much firmer than I thought it would be. I do use a cloth covering over it so I don't have a strange imprinted pattern from the mesh over the back of my legs. I think the cloth will help the mesh last longer as well. I very much like the adjustable height arm rests and the chair moves much more easily than my last one again making it much easier to get up from. While I was amazed at the cost for this chair (significantly more expensive than others offered in the store showroom) it was much more comfortable and easier to maneuver. Now with spending many hours in front of the computer for my new profession my back is no longer painful when I get up which makes the chair a most worthwhile investment. I am hoping the chair will be as durable as the last one but only time will tell.
I had this nice chair that was fine but when Covid struck and I started working from home full time I quickly realized it was awful. I suffered for another 2 months because all the stores were closed. As soon as possible I donned my mask and gloves and went to sit in chairs. I narrowed it down to 3 and then sat in each of them for an obnoxiously long time. So first off I liked the seat of this chair. It's not leather so I don't slide. I'm 5'2" - my feet rarely touch the floor with any chair but add leather and I"m doomed. This chair also got me closest to the ground. Second the lumbar adjusts up and down so I can fit it to my back. I love this! The casters roll nicely and the whole chair seems to be sturdy enough. So why 4 stars? The arms rests are cheaply made and move way too easily. For a $300 chair I would expect arm rests that don't move when I actually rest my arms on them! Otherwise - a good comfortable chair!
Really comfortable. I was sitting in a $700 so-called ergonomically correct chair for for over ten years after back surgery. What a joke that chair was. I’m glade I decided to look into other chairs. I find this one to be the best and most comfortable one out there. I’ve been sitting in it for 4 to 5 hours a day without a complaint about some part of my body hurting. Highly recommend this one.
