It pains me to write this review. Although the pun is intended it's true because I actually think this is a great chair. For whatever reason however my lower back did not like it. I think the mesh seat was not firm enough for what I need. After about ten days of use my lower back would bother me after sitting in the chair for 10+ minutes. As soon as I would switch to another chair the pain would go away. I took the chair back within 14 days and the staff at the store were incredibly helpful. It was a pleasant buy and return experience - I wish my back liked the chair! Thanks to Staples for great customer service.

I am very happy with my new chair. I love the mesh back and seat. I chose a mesh because I didn't want a solid seat to get warm in the summer and cold in the winter. Plus my work area is small so the chair fits perfectly. The lumbar support is very important to me due to a bad back. And I love that the arm rests are low enough that they fit under the folding table I use as a desk. The chair is comfortable for long work hours and on weekends it becomes my hobby area. The chair was purchased with both activities in mind.

I have always bought my office chairs at Staples and was seduced by the low prices. This chair was probably one of the more expensive chairs but is without a doubt the finest one I have ever bought. Built strong with tilt adjustment lumbar adjustment arm adjustment and more. I've used it daily for about two weeks and believe it will be the last office chair I will ever have to buy.

The chair is not that comfortable for longer periods of time. Of course I tried it out at the store however you can only sit in it for long at the store right. Once I got it home and used it for a long period of time I am not satisfied with it. I was thinking for a chair that cost me over $400 it would be comfortable to sit in all day as I'm working from home and need a quality chair. I guess more expensive doesn't always mean better quality. I would not recommend this chair unless your sitting in it for short periods of time!
