Love the chair with all of its adjustments it is very comfortable. But what is more important is that Staples service was awesome. The first chair came with a defective back and they sent a replacement within a couple of weeks at no charge to me. Which is awesome at this time when office equipment is at a premium.

Id like to review the chair but staples instead sent me what had to be a return

I received the box with visible damage and the bottom unsealed. The sides were visibly torn and inside it was half assembled with one of the cardboard pieces used to hold pieces empty. The bottom star where the wheels are had made holes in the top and the side of the box from not being in whatever protective cardboard it would usually ship in. While I understand some of the damage could have occurred in transit the packing of the item itself certainly wasnt done with the carrier. Will not do business with staples again. Also when I called customer service they offered a replacement with twice as long as the original shipping (5 days vs 2). How can a replacement for their mess up take twice as long to get to me as the one I paid for? Wont do business with Staples again.

I really like the back support and the comfort of the seat. I also like the mesh in the seat and the back because when temperatures get warmer I'm not uncomfortable sitting in the chair. The casters on the the bottom roll over the floor so easily. I can sit at my desk a lot longer without back pain with this task chair. I would highly recommend this Professional Series 1500TM Mesh Task Chair (28570-CC).
