Chair in the store very comfortable but the one I got has a very uncomfortable seat.

I tried the chair in the store and I liked it. They had to put a new one together for me from a box and the seat is very hard and very uncomfortable to sit in for more than a few minutes. I spent a lot of money on this and regret it.

this chair has great lumbar support and is just all around comfortable. i have lower back issues and this chair is by far the best ergonomic fit (i tested many other chairs in store and this one was a stand out)

I find that chairs often do not raise as high as I need to relieve my shoulder stress by keeping forearms parallel with my legs. I also have real trouble with seats and lumbar support. This chair is not only of real professional grade (it's solid!) but goes higher than most and gives me the adjustability of lumbar support and other things that I've been dying for. This is a truly great chair well worth the money!

Overall I am happy with the chair for the comfort and aesthetic. I wish the lumbar had a little more adjustability and we will see how wel it wears over time. During assembly I found that not every threaded bolt fit neatly into their hole to attach the arms and the base together. I was not able to muster enough torque to tighten a few bolts and they sit slightly raised over the others. Hopefully this doesn’t cause any long term stability problems but for now it fits well without wobble or unstable parts.

Got this for my daughter who is stuck at home doin online classes for college. So far so great. Very comfortable and has many adjustments that make it a joy to sit in front of the computer. Helping he back and neck already! The best thing was the in store experience. One associate was nicer and more knowledgeable than the next. Unheard of in todays online world. I believe the young man's name was Ina at the Colonie NY store that sold it to us assembled it and arranged for easy pick up. He's a rock star! His boss should take notice!
