k- cup fail

My wife had tried the vanilla biscotti and liked it do we bought a box of the k- cups. Not happy. The cups just collapse when trying to use. Either have to poke a hole in with small screw driver or cut the top off and use a reusable cup. Have not had problems with other brands do the issue is not with the machine.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Folders the only coffee I drink

I'm having problems finding the k cups in a larger quantity other than 18. Any suggestions. The two places I found it at seem to always be out of stock anymore.
