This is my third soda steam. The first one burned up in one of the California wild fires. The second on lasted three years then the gas wouldn't shut off. So I replaced it and the new one leaks gas when not in use. I am waiting to see if this is permanent or temporary.

The button keeps sticking

I’m stuck between pushing the button firmly and having it stick, or pressing it lightly and not getting the water carbonated. I shouldn’t have to smack around a brand new appliance. I’m hoping that whatever sticks loosens up a bit with use.

Not nice appreciated

I have bought three co2 cartridges refills already each stating I will get 60liters of soda when I only get maybe 30 liters I would very much like a refund or at least 5 co2 cartridges for free to make up for this loss. I won’t buy any more syrups or co2 cartridges until some sort of reimbursement is made to me..
Thank you very much but buying soda in the store would actually be cheaper for my family to buy 2 liters from any other brand. I would like to continue to use you guys if you make some sort of effort to keep me as a customer.

I absolutely cannot accept all these positive reviews as real. I buy two 8-packs of carbonated flavored water like Bubly or Aha every other day. I decided to try the downstream to try and save money. IT DOESNT WORK!! IT DOES NOT SUPPLY BARELY ANY CARBONATION. I am so dissappointed...taking it back.
