Easy to set up and use. A great addition to our kitchen.

My husband loves his carbonated water. After trying another home system, which didn't work well and was inconvenient, I bought the sodastream. How simple to set up and use. My husband enjoys his bubbly drinks daily. Can't wait to try the additional flavors I ordered.

Fizzi great - instructions terrible

The Fizzi is great. But all it came with (other than pages of legal wording) was a little card with pictures for instructions. Had to find some good YouTube videos to figure it out. It works differently than my old original SodaStream. BTW, the customer service at SodaStream is AMAZING. A great company that goes over-and-above to take care of customers.

I decided to buy this because my husband and mother drink a lot of sparkling water. It is easy to use. A big bonus is that my husband, who likes things very sweet, likes the flavors we got him and said we could reduce the amount of syrup to make it less sweet. This means fewer calories for him, which is great.

My husband loves the soda water! He is picky so I was unsure. I’ve never heard something pop so much when you open the lid! He followed the tips to make it extra fizzy.

Not enough fizzy. Unfortunately, there is no return for my product. It allow me to refund the cylinders but the product is no use to me. I originally thought it is refundable.

The soda stream

I am proud to say that after a rough start on Christmas deliveries we now have the ordered product. we had 2 soda streams in the past for years and needed to replace 1, now back to full function and thank you for helping get the new one as ordered. Thanks MSL
