Replacement Fizzi

My first one was not operating correctly. They sent a new one immediately, and I use it at least four to five times a day. Great customer service, and I love the "fizz water". I drink it plain, flavored, and in my evening cocktail!

I've been wanting a SodaStream for years and finally decided to purchase myself a Fizzi. Most importantly, the SodaStream works as promised. Lots of great bubbly water. I purchased a black unit, which is streamlined and handsome on the counter. The Fizzi is a "manual" model, which I like because I try to reduce my carbon footprint. The only downside is that I have to push the button, whereas, an electrified unit requires one push. Bottom line: if you like bubbly water, buy it?

Doesn’t really carbonate.

It’s possible I’m doing something wrong, but I’ve watched numerous videos online (included instructions were not very helpful). It still does not really carbonate the water. I plan on calling the included help line for assistance.

Very disappointed

I really wanted to love this but I ended up returning it. We tried it out a couple times and found that we’d be going through cylinders about three times faster than advertised just to get a little bit of fizz. It’s just not worth it.

carbonation is not strong as expected

It takes more # of press to get the water carbonated. I wish this device can produce carbonated drink as fizzy as Ice Drink, that way we can eliminate plastic bottles on Earth Significantly, as well as reduce chemical intake that may not be as healthy.

You need your bubbles! We have 2 tips for you. Make sure you are using cold water, this carbonates best. If the water out of your tap is not cold enough, fill the bottle ahead of time and leave in the fridge to carbonate later.
