A Good Machine

I've had the Fizzi (not One Touch) unit for about two weeks. The instructions were not very helpful for charging water but after trial and error I am finding a process that works. The charge is less than my normal can water purchases but it is pleasant.

Made 5 L of very light bubbly. Not sure if it was empty when we got it. It felt heavy. Tracking the spare tank i got.

not enough bubbles

When I give up to 5 pumps of the stream it is still not very bubbly. Don't know if I am doing something wrong but I followed the directions.

Faulty machine

I just bought the black machine with co2 cylinder and water bottle. It lets all the gas go after first use. I checked and the plunger isn't retracting, therefore it leaks away.
Can I purchase just a new machine as I have already purchased 3 gas bottles and don't have the packaging to return the faulty product.
