This is being returned due to the fact that it does not carbonate water as promised. After calling your customer service and following explicit instructions, it still doesn't work. What a disappointment!

Just what we wanted!

As a household, we were drinking several cases of seltzer a week which led to cans needing to be recycled and taking up lots of room in the refrigerator. The Fizzi makes a seltzer that's bubbly and tastes great! I'm hoping for cheaper unsweetened flavor additives in the future, but lime and lemon juice also work just fine.

I love the product but…

Soda stream is great and I had high hopes until I found out the the cartridge of CO2 only lasted about 10 days. This could prove very costly. I use the machine mainly for sparkling flavor water. Again, it does a great job but not cost efficient.

Old model was better

The old model allowed you to screw the bottle into place. The new one does not, and as a result water often spills when I push the button to carbonate it.

I purchased the Fizzi to replace a very old SodaStream. I have been trying for a week and can't make it work. I have watched the how-to videos and tried to troubleshoot. DO NOT BY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!

Ancient one better

My ancient Soda Stream seltzer maker - with 120 liter capacity, finally died after a long hard life. The new one works OK, tho it tends to leak with the old liter bottles. It does not have a water catcher at the bottom for when it overflows. It needs one.
Anything Pepsi touches, I guess goes downhill.
