We've had our Fizzi for awhile & when it broke we were delighted by the excellent customer service. SodaStream shipped us a new one right away & we're back in the bubbles!

I’ve had a one touch for over three years but needed a second unit for another location. The fizzy offered a great option. I purchased the hydration package and I am equally as pleased and impressed with the fizzy as with the one touch. In addition the bubly flavors are great.

I have had a soda stream for YEARS and was completely satisfied. A piece broke on the push button, so I had to buy a new a new one. It is not the same product as the last one. It sprays water and co2 out about half of the time. Grrrr.
