Great size and a few glitches

We are very pleased with the construction, comfort and size of the Lily Table and chairs. However, the first table that was delivered could not be assembled completely, One of the holes on the mid-cross bass couldn't be attached to the leg because the hole was not in the correct position. We wrote a note and immediately heard that a replacement table would be sent. Great! The replacement table came and when it was finished being set up we noticed two slight but noticeable gashes. The gashes went through the finish down to the metal right at the edge of the table. The table came bubble wrapped and the installers were very careful in unwrapping and setting it up. So we swapped the good table top onto the good base and they took the rest back. We were pleased with the immediate response to the original problem. I would just advise to check over the pieces carefully when it is set up. Maybe a bit more quality control at the factory as well.
Also after a few weeks we have learned to wipe the table thoroughly. It cleans up well but say bird droppings kind of bake on the dark surface and are harder to get off.

Even better than expected

We loved the style of this table and decided to splurge on the set of our new back patio. The pieces in person are even more beautiful and solidly constructed than the online photos convey! The cushions are excellent quality and make for comfortable seating for several hours.
When we noticed a few chips in the finish on the dining table and notified Yardbirds, they quickly sent a paint pen to repair and seal the damages surface -- as well as an entirely new table to replace the damaged piece. Amazingly responsive customer service.
Yardbirds is absolutely worth the investment!

I would have given the product a 5 except for the issue of the hole for holding the umbrella. There is nothing to secure the umbrella pole and it wobbles. My husband had to create one out of pvc pipe. Something to consider for future products.

I'm so glad I went with Yardbird. The furniture is very well made. The table is much larger than I thought it would be and we are going to order another two chairs so that six can sit around it. It came packaged very well. I had to wait a while because they were sold out, and the shipping took about two weeks. But, I'm glad I was patient. The customer service was always helpful and prompt.

Wonderful Purchase

We have enjoyed our furniture through the summer and now into the fall. I recently stepped out on the patio, and thought again, “what beautiful furniture!” I’m so happy we found your company and we will enjoy our purchase for years to come. In addition to the table and 4 chairs, we also purchased two swivel chairs, an ottoman and a small side table.

We couldn't be happier with our Lilly 5 piece set. The furniture is sturdy, great quality, and elegant looking. It couldn't have been easier to order, and the delivery arrived in California in a week! They were really easy and pleasant to deal with.
