Dining set with swivel chairs

Chairs so comfy! Fabric dries quickly and easy spot clean if needed. Dining set is on an uncovered patio and table and chair bases show a lot of dirt and dust. All part of being outside but was hoping it didn’t look so dirty all the time. Small problem for enjoying a lovely dining set. Would like to know best way to clean metal surfaces though. Thank you.
