Instructions suck. Can’t install batteries

Instructions suck. Needs batteries but instructions to add or change not there. Googled instructions still suck. Turn button in arrow directions nothing. Push down while turning nothing pull up with turn nothing. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Poor battery loading instructions

Instructions on how to load the batteries are too vague. A simple set of pictures on how to load is worth a thousand words in any language. It doesn’t matter which way the wire piece is turned it doesn’t open. Too frustrating to keep, besides if you can’t load the battery it doesn’t work!

I have the older model and it is amazing! I really can't complain about anything with this shaver. The only thing that would make it better is if i could replace the head.

This shaver is easy to use and clean. I can use it even on my most sensitive areas and get a good close shave. I bought another brand previously and it just was not as well made as this product and also did not come with an instruction and care booklet, or a warranty. I believe this product like all my other Conair products...3 brushes and a hair dryer will be with me helping me with my grooming and personal care for years to come. Thanks Conair for another high quality and affordable product.
