Researched this purchase for 3 months as my daughter has this set in softside as loves it. However, when my luggage was delivered it was damaged. There was no damage to the box it was packed in, so I can only assume it happened some time before shipping. There was damage to the corner of the luggage. As a result, I did not feel I could trust the quality of this luggage to survive a trip overseas so I returned it.

High quality material and features. The half zip design along with very large size was awkward for me to use. I like the concept of splitting bag in half for easier access but this bag was a gift and recipient preferred different design so I returned it. Your customer service and return process was EXCELLENT-best I have ever experienced. Your company notified me every step of the way. Thank you. I have other TravelPro luggage that I think are great—lasting long time and very functional/well designed.

I bought the large size first for a 12 days trip to Europe. I love how it looks and light it is so I ended buying the medium and small set for my husband and I. So we have now 5 luggages of the same style but in 2 different colors. The sad part is that the large luggage doesn’t fit the medium size inside and I’m really frustrated because keeping everything organized and having that big empty luggage empty in storage is a bummer.

This is a great suitcase.

This is a great suitcase. We purchased 5 of them - two for us and three for my son and his family. There is a ton of room, cross-straps to hold clothing in place, and plastic covers to zip over each side of the bag. There is also a location for wet items. These bags also roll like nothing else!
