Wheel broke after first trip, support no reply

Nice luggage. Looks better that it actually is. Wheel bent in half after very first plane trip. Had to take pliers to bend it back as best I could. Acts like a brake now. Contacted support three times now with no response. May just have to take them up on the 100 day return, assuming I can get a hold on anyone.

Sturdy but lightweight checked suitcase that's easy to maneuver

This checked suitcase holds a huge amount of stuff, and the interior pockets help keep things organized and separate out damp items. It is very lightweight and maneuvers beautifully with smooth wheeling action; I used it with a compact carry-on from the same line and was easily able to navigate the airport and my hotels. The suitcase looks really nice and is easy to spot on the baggage carousel.

Elegant exterior style with well thought out interior. I have received numerous compliments on the looks of my luggage. I purchased the softside Platinum Elite for my spouse and now she wishes that she had purchased the hardshell.
