Arrived damaged - not shipping damage

The luggage arrived with bent wheels and markings on it. Looked like someone had returned it already. I put a note in the box saying please don’t send this to someone else. Hopefully they did not. Did not seem to be typical travel pro quality. I currently have 6 pieces of their luggage.

I have this one and the compact carry-on in metallic sand. They are the best looking bags and the sand color is perfect for hiding scuffs. I love all the pockets, etc. The spinner works perfectly and the bag is so light. Just everything I wanted.

It's a Beauty, but works like a Beast!!!

I am impressed with this luggage. My old luggage lost it's wheels and had cracks in the corners after ten years of abuse of many airplane trips; and I'm very hopeful that the extra care given to the Travelpro with it's corners reinforced by metal and very smooth wheels will serve me for a long time. The luggage is beautiful to look at (yes, that matters to me) and I fit a week's worth of clothing in this bag. Yes, we ladies like CHOICES in our outfits when we travel! Everything fit, shoes fit, and all of my odd stuff that I need. I also have the small carry-on which is expandable and has a pocket where I can fit a charger unit, for giving my phone or Kindle an extra zap when waiting at airports. Very thoughtful in the design and beauty of this set.

Quality bag. Design (half zip) interesting and probably fantastic for clothing access while on the road but seemed cumbersome to close bag so this item was returned. It was a gift for family member who preferred something else. TravelPro customer service/return process was EXCELLENT. Easy, fast, informed. Best ever.

Just recently received my suitcase. Well made and a nice looking bag. Glides great and is lightweight. Will see how well it functions when I use it for Italy. Travelpro was suggested by my son who is a pilot. So far, would definitely recommend .

Although the quality is fabulous and I love travel pro. I found the hard side pro it to be too heavy and bulky for my travel needs and very hard for me to handle. Unfortunately, I will be sending it back. I love the look of it and it is quite sturdy but it’s like having a trunk instead of a suitcase. For me, it didn’t work out.

I love my Platinum Elite! I headed to the Rocky Mountains and managed to pack my down parka, some hoodies, shoes and regular clothes all my medium bag! The wheels truly made this an easy ride to the ticket booth!
