Appears to be good quality.

Appears to be good quality. The wheels roll well. It doesn't really have any unique features. For the price it should be made with heavy duty YKK zippers. I was most impressed by the 5 year warranty that includes return shipping.

I will be using the suitcase for a long trip starting today. What did surprise me is that there was no place where I could fill out and store my contact information on the outside of the suitcase.

Shoddy Craftsmanship & Shipping
on September 8, 2023

The glue on the suitcase lining is already pulling apart before we've even traveled once with them, but we're leaving too soon to replace them, and I wouldn't want to replace shoddy craftsmanship with more of the same. The shipping was given as one single item rather than 4, so we couldn't track all of the packages, and they arrived on separate dates. Luggage is so heavy that you're never close to filling it before it goes over the weight restrictions from airlines. There's almost 0 need to include the expandable sections; you'll never need them!

Received a case that was a previous return

I obviously received a suitcase that had been previously returned as the inner packaging was not similar to other cases from travel pro I received. It was clear the packaging had been opened previously, and re-sealed upon examining the case I saw a small bump/raised area, which I assume is the reason it was previously returned by another customer. I had a fast approaching trip, so I did not have time to return it and order a replacement so now I have a less than perfect case that I paid full price for.

Great piece of luggage! Sturdily reinforced, light and very smooth wheels… I did return for a carry on size though 😎 and customer service made that easy too!

Just arrived home from a 2-week vacation traveling through Europe. The Spinner was fantastic; sturdy, spacious and easy to move in and out of airports/hotels.

I like your products. The expandable platinum elite feature makes me feel the hinge will get wobbly very soon; to much give.!!
