Seems good but unsure

It seems like it will work well but after the first use we have a long string pulling some of the stitching on the outside. I'm discovering that the 100-day trial and warranty have a bunch of automated procedures that are making it difficult to figure out what I should do. I bought this piece 100% for the warranty so not excited to see that it's a hassle.

Durable & rolls easy

After using the Travelpro Platinum Elite hardside carry on suitcase on two international trips, I purchased this Medium Check-in Hardside suitcase. I was able to pack for two week fall season trip. These pieces are very durable, holds a lot, and rolls easily. I love being able to wipe the exterior clean after each trip.

Quality suitcase

Looks like a quality suitcase! Love the clothes tie down inside, as that's always an issue when your clam shell isn't totally full. Having the integrated locks are awesome. It's a perfect size too.

Received a suitcase that had been previously returned

My suitcase arrived in poor condition - it is obvious that it had been returned by a previous customer. It was dusty and the wheels had been used. It was not packed in plastic, and the box obviously had been opened
