Loving it so far!

I've used my suitcase twice now and I'm really loving it. It wheels so smoothly and looks very sleek. I was really debating between the compact size vs. the regular, and I'm happy I went with the compact. It fits surprisingly much, and I haven't even needed to use the extenders. I can tell the materials feel sturdy and high quality (I looked at Aways in the store and the plastic felt SO flimsy and cheap). The zippered pockets inside are nice as well.
My one knock is that the handles for carrying it are not in the best places. First, they lay flat against the suitcase which is great for durability if the bag gets checked, but it's hard to get your hand under to grab quickly when getting in/out of a taxi. Second, because the handle is so close to the front of the suitcase, the center of gravity is thrown off when you grab it.
Overall, I'm very very happy with my purchase!

Smaller than expected

for me, this bag was a little smaller than expected so it did not work out for me (but the bag is well constructed, looks nice and wheels are very smooth). The purchase process direct with travel pro was also a good experience (including the set up of the return).

Defect, Didn't Realize Defect Until I am at the Airport

I didn't realize there is a defect in one of the wheels until I am in the airport on the way out for a business trip. It was incredibly disappointing since it was my first trip with the suitcase and it was my very first travelpro case. I will probably never buy this again. The case itself turns out to have defect. Disappointing!

I bought 2 of these for my son and his wife for Christmas. They needed new luggage and I will only buy Travelpro because of the excellent quality, style, durability, and guarantee. They love their new luggage and I know they will continue to love them for many, many years to come.

Poor quality expansion zipper

Upon trying to pack this the first time the expansion zipper kept splitting open when zipping it closed. I could back up and rezip that area closed but then it would happen again at another point while zipping closed. So appears to be an issue with the entirety of that zipper. The bag was full but not severely over-packed. I did not trust that this zipper would stay closed over time so I returned the bag. I did really like everything else about the bag which appeared to be of otherwise high quality, so too bad about the zipper.
