The wheels don’t glide smoothly

The wheels don’t glide smoothly and it doesn’t keep its balance well. I actually find the inside to be tight and not easy to pack. Overall I like my Away bag much better.
The dimension for the portable charger is too small. Travel pro I recommend you make the pocket bigger for normal sized portable chargers. The one that fits only allows you for 1 charge.
My new hard sided Premium Elite Carry-on has just arrived. It is everything I'm looking for in a carry-on suitcase. Plenty of room, plenty of zippered compartments, wheels like a breeze, opens like a clamshell (my ideal for "living out of a suitcase", and to top it all off, it's beautiful. The one disappointment is that there is no handle on the bottom. There are only handles on the side and top. I very often use handles on top and bottom to lift my suitcase onto a luggage rack or desk, or wherever I can put it to open it up. For me, this is a HUGE oversight.
I have both this one and the medium checked bag in metallic sand. The color and style are just beautiful and hide scuffs well. This is so light I easily get it in and out of the overhead compartment. The spinner works perfectly. Love the compartments. This is exactly what I was looking for!
While the idea of a hard sided case is appealing, the design of this carry on causes functionality to be lost. I wasn’t able to fit more than two days of clothes in the suitcase, whereas with a soft top, I can fit four days worth of clothes.
We needed new carryons, so after much research, we decided to try these. They were perfect for a short trip. The suitcases held more than I expected. My husband enjoyed his hidden pocket that housed the charger he packed. It came in handy at the airport when he needed to charge his phone. It rolls easy. The handles are sturdy. Great carry on. I would highly recommend.
Looks Good but I missed the outside pockets of my older soft side Travelpro. It’s too small to replace my original Travel pro two wheel carry on. I could not pack a suit and extra pair of shoes. It’s probably nice for a 2-3 day trip with casual wear but you’ll need another bag for extra shoes. These 4 wheelers will roll away from you if left unattended on any slanted surface (sidewalk, parking lot, ramp, etc). Easy Return. Trying a new soft side roller.
