Nice suitcase, but using the

Nice suitcase, but using the USB-C port does not charge my Pixel 4a or 6a phones. However the USB-A port does work and I was able to charge a Samsung phone using the USB-C port. Would love to know why this is happening because I assume USB charging is tested on several different types of phones.

Best Luggage We've Ever Used

We used these all throughout our trip to Japan and they were amazing. They were able to endure the relatively hard trips that we put them through and did not budge at all. The wheels were able to handle all the weird ground types that we encountered with very little effort and the zippers didn't fail under the large amount of stress we put on them.

Excellent quality and design. This bag rolls effortlessly over pretty much any surface, etc. The light weight design and size means that it can easily fit into most overhead storage bins. The interior size is perfect for trips up to around 5-8 days. In short, highly recommended!

Zipper installed incorrectly

Zipper in one of the pockets was installed with the pull on the inside. In addition, there was not a pull on that zipper.
Quality control is lacking, not like the Travelpro from years ago.
