Nice suitcase, difficult customer service

I’ve ordered the platinum electric hardside compact carry on and it arrive quickly and in good condition. Unfortunately the bag is too small and I want to exchange for the next size up. Put in a return ticket on travel pro website and have not heard back in two weeks. Also, seems like the customer service phone has been disabled and there is no way to contact the company.

Bought this to replace an older TravelPro Crew4, which had rolled many miles over some rough city streets. I was pleasantly surprised that this new one rolled even better. The first test was a half mile walk from Amsterdam Centraal station on cobblestone streets. I thought I’d have to put it in 2 wheel mode but it was able to roll fairly easily in 4. This was including carrying a small backpack on top. Overall, very pleased so far and fully anticipate it will last as many or more miles than the last one.

So far so good

It’s a good carry on hard case. I’ve only made 2 trips with it and it’s been fine. I am worried about durability. My other recent TravelPro purchases have not held up as well as their older products. The only compartments are 3 flat zipper slots on interior covers - they are pretty small. There could have been a fourth one but for some reason that space is not utilized. The rollers are good. My normal carry on is a 2 wheeled TravelPro. Not sure if I like this better or not - it’s different rolling it upright than pulling behind. Case fits nicely in the overhead so far but I have not flown on a smaller regional jet yet. Definitely will not fit under the seat in front of you. I have a 3 week international business trip with 12 different flights coming up - haven’t decided if this is the bag to replace my slightly smaller bag with its exterior pockets yet. I will mention that the TravelPro backpack that I replaced with another similar TravelPro backpack has not held up - in the market for another and am exploring TravelPro alternatives this my 4 stars. TravelPro is not the same quality as 10 years ago.
