This is the biggest waste of money. The back of the dryer is open, my hair got stuck in the back and then the whole thing malfunctioned. Do not waste your money on this overpriced brand.

Not Dual Voltage

Your old travel dryer was dual voltage, your new T3 Afar travel dryer is dual voltage, yet when I needed a new travel dryer last fall (2021) to replace my original T3, this was the only travel model you offered. I didn't realize that it wasn't dual voltage until I got to Italy, and was forced to use a very crappy hotel dryer in a very fancy hotel and had fried hair for the whole trip.I travel out of the country constantly and am now stuck with a travel dryer that I can only use in the US.

I love this T3 blowdryer. Had a larger T3 for many years and it finally died, but I trust the brand and purchased this model. It is very light weight, compact for storage and nice adjustments for airflow and heat. Also nice that the cool shot button can be locked in. I have very thick wavy hair and this dryer does the job efficiently and quickly.

I liked my first T3 Fit dryer so much I decided to get a second T3 Fit for travel. It's lightweight and easy to handle. It does the job. Dries fast and I have no frizzes. I really like the "cool shot" featuring staying on with just a push of the button. I had an older (and bigger) T3 and thought it was time to upgrade so I decided on the T3 Fit. Good decision. I really like this dryer and am even thinking of getting some for gifts.

The return customer experience has been awful. I received wrong order and have not received my refund. Also the dryer is not good for long hair. It got sucked in the back.
