Cloud storage isn't a reliable option for anyone

Horrible Memory, Bring back the SD Cards! I am often out in the wilderness or just in rural areas with no cell service, which also means no cloud access, but I still need to take photos and record video. The 256GB of storage is absolutely insufficient for this on even a basic level. Samsung says this is for durability, but my S20 had an SD card and handled being immersed in salt water more than a few times and all kinds of abuse, I had it for 6 years! We all know this is just a cash grab situation to charge for more cloud storage, despite it being horrible for the environment to run all those servers continuously instead of of having local storage right there on the phone. I'm returning this phone and looking at other manufacturers after over 20 years as a loyal Samsung phone user. Bring back the SD cards and I'll come back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

With seamless actions across apps and a high def screen, my life has never been easier to organize. The Audio eraser feature is a dream for concert videos! Pro tip: the size difference between the S25 and S25+ is a significant, so definitely go for at least the S25+. The wireless charging makes having a case that protects from dust in the charging port worth it! And with Samsung pay i can easily tap at any location while also earning points! Never having to remember all my passwords is freeing. And with smart switch accompanied with my Samsung account setting up my new phone was a breeze. Now Brief keeps me on track with my appointments and events while giving me my weather and news every morning and the alarm clock feature has my bedtime routine ready every night. Tracking my health has never been easier with Samsung health and I will be using Samsung shop to get a wearable health tracking device, they even have a ring now! No more downloading backgrounds from sketchy apps with the themes option, I can even customize my screen with new widgets and folders so all my apps are organized! I love my new samsung s25!!!!

I recently traded in my S21 for the S25 and I'm in love with the upgraded features. Like the sleek new light weight design with a wide array of phones colors available. The unmatched camera quality, paired with audio eraser to clear background noise in my videos is top notch. I also love how seamless actions allow for breezing through applications. Keep up the great work! I look forward to purchases more products from the company.
