Simple little printer for what I need. I need occasional copies and printed documents. If I need to fax I can do that as well with the mobile fax feature. I also bought it for tge paper feed tray instead of the rear paper feed that never works. Great refurbished printer!
I have had HP printers for some time now, and was happy to see that I could get a newer one with more features at a very reasonable price. I was comfortable buying a refurbished printer because of the quality and service that HP offers.
Everytime I scan or print, the ink cartridge is out of alignment and I get a 0 error.

Hi there.
I’m sorry that you’ve run into trouble with your printer. It’s easy to understand why receiving an error message regarding cartridge alignment whenever you print or scan would be unnerving. I want to help you out of this dilemma. I hope the resources listed below serve that end.
I can’t tell from your review what’s causing the error you describe or what remedy might exist. I recommend that you contact us directly so we can help you assess what’s happening and find the proper course of action. HP+ printers such as yours come with exclusive concierge support. To call and reach live HP+ experts, visit the following URL and enter your HP+ serial number: - hp.com/plus-help
I'll also mention that HP printers have a one-year warranty from their purchase date that covers hardware as well as ink supplies – and that warranty extends to two years with an HP+ account – so if it comes to that, you might consider making use of it. You can verify the warranty using the following link: - support.hp.com/us-en/checkwarranty
I thought since this was not a very cheap printer it would be nice.....well it is not at all user friendly. You can not use it without logging into your computer to do anything but copy. You can not even see the buttons on it to know what they are. I do not like it at all. I have had numerous HP printers and this is the only one I hate. Make sure to look for one that has a display screen on it. Wish I could exchange this one for a good one but I can't afford to buy another so I am stuck with junk.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
