This is my fourth wi-fi printer and by this point I’d come to terms with the fact that they were unreliable and often unusable, so I was delighted to find that not only is this printer reliable, it’s actually a delight to use!
The set up took maybe five minutes, following the steps on the HP app, all extremely straight forward and easy to follow, and then on to the instant ink sign up page. I’ll be getting my monies worth from included trial!
So far I’ve mostly printed from iOS, where the integration is brilliant - simply click the share icon and select Print with HP Smart, then it’s coming out of the printer seconds later NB this option works better than the first general iOS Print option in the list, and gives you a few options when printing.
Other than that, it looks good, it’s quiet and quick to print - I’m a big fan of the lights and sounds too.

I’ve already had an older HP printer and just switched to this new one. First of all the design is eye catching and the lights and sounds just adding more to it. I’m doing home projects at the moment and I use the printer every day. Love the scan with mobile function, but the touch buttons sometimes confuse me. Somehow the printers connection is lost every once in a while and it’s a pain to connect again. I couldn’t figure it out just yet why. Overall experience is good and I’m looking forward to use it for a variety of things. Instant ink subcription is such a lifesaver, you only pay for what you actually use!

I love it. It is very sleek. The design is beautiful in my opinion. I love all the features such as the lights and touch screen. It prints very well but I do think it would use a lot of ink if you had to print more than 60 sheets a month. We use it now and then as we aren't always working from home. We did use HP instant ink, it works out really well priced and your ink comes every month. I love that it is a smart printer. It calculates how much ink you need by the amount of paper you print each month. Definitely think we will continue to use.
The print quality for photos is also very impressive. All in all great printer!

It's been few months since I have had the use ...

It's been few months since I have had the use of my printer now. The installation was a breeze. I connected my laptop within minutes and the mobile too. From the first use till now I have been impressed with the speed it prints and the quality of the prints are excellent too. The children have found the use of this printer to be easy too. Love my new printer.

I was surprised how easy it was too install this printer. I didn't even had to turn on my laptop for that, all via the mobile phone. And when I turned on the laptop a couple of days later the printer was autodiscovered too. Fast on printing, easy to scan several pages and good quality.
The only thing I miss is a screen to get some feedback on what is happening but the different lights tell you that and you can connect with your phone and have an actual step by step solution to any problem etc.
The other thing I think it's a great idea is the ink delivery service that comes as a standard. I wouldn't have got it initially but it makes everything so easy! No more pages printed with low ink and bad quality because of HP Instant Ink. We run out of ink and my wife went into panic mode until I told her actually HP sent us ink 3 days ago so I'll just put it in and continue printing :). Great Service I'll continue using it

The HP Envy Pro 6420e has a sleek and eye-catching design that doesn't take up much space especially height-wise (it's approximately 432 x 512 x 194mm). It was somewhat fiddly to set up and I ended up using a USB cable (you'll need a USB 'A' to USB 'B' cable) rather than the recommended WiFi initial set-up. I needed to update the firmware to get everything working, scanning as well as printing. The automatic document feeder holds 35 sheets of paper and works well. The quality of scanning is very good and works well with external software. The print quality is excellent, duplex printing faultless. The paper tray holds up to 100 sheets. Changing print cartridges is straightforward and if you sign up to HP Instant Ink you get 7 months free to start with, with an immediate delivery of ink, but read the conditions carefully before signing up. After signing up with HP Instant Ink the first supply arrived within a couple of weeks and as we use a reasonable amount of ink every month we’ve been satisfied with it and know we made the right decision. When the initial months have ended we’ll continue to have the ink delivered. There is no LCD control panel, everything is indicated with several backlit controls, and information on status can be printed out. Much of the control of the printer can be carried out through the HP Smart App, including setup, status and ordering new supplies. Overall, this is a very good printer if you're not printing huge numbers of copies every month.

HP ENVY Pro 6432e All-in-one is an excellent printer designed for whole family.I love that I can print from my mobile phone.
I have downloaded an app on my phone then connected all devices and its brilliant. I have tried printing documents and kids templates for colouring and it great.
Printed pages are well printed, colours are vivid and bright and picture looks great.
I have enrolled for ink subscription which was relatively easy and ink is free for few months which is a plus. I have already received my first ink replacement. It's great that printer is letting them know when is running low so ink is automatically send and I do not need to bother and order it online. Printer is nicely designed, light and look nice. I am very happy that I have opted for HP instant ink as don't need to worry about having to order it anymore. My printer will automatically place an order for new cartridges when running low and they will be delivered in couple of days. That's a brilliant feature. I love that I have a 7 months free ink left out of 9 and I wave already chose my ink plan so I can enjoy it after my free trial finish and it will cost me less then usually when ordered ink in the past for different printer. I am very happy with hp instant ink it works very well as I have 900 pages printing allowance per month for the 9 months trial period which is what I need at the moment, afterwards I opted for 100 pages as will not need as much printing later on. This suits me so much. Overall I have very positive experience with my new HP printer and would recommend to everyone.

Love this printer! I think it’s works great for just some at home printing! Initial thoughts were it looked very sleek and not bulky. It has a minimalist look to it. It hides well in my alcove and doesn’t stick out which is always a win!
It was super easy to set up. I just followed the instructions on the app it asked to download. The ink was really easy to add in and there were only 2! Which made it a lot easier., gone are the days where you’re adding multiple ink cartridgesI tested out a print page and although it wasn’t really fast I wouldn’t say it was slow. The quality of the print was definitely a 10/10 and loved how there was a tray to put paper in and it slides in. I have had printers in the past where the paper sits at the top and it doesn’t look as tidy, so that was definitely a pro.
The app is VERY straightforward to use and the printables options is useful, so I’d definitely say it’s good for the family. My daughter had a lot of fun choosing images to print out and found it exciting watching it print out and come to life.
The wireless option is amazing, I normally have documents saved on email so quickly used that and my phone to connect to it made this very simple, fast and convenient. The scan option was very easy to use and at a press of a button I had the document saved on my phone.
The ink subscription, HP Instant Ink, was straightforward to set up and I chose the best option according to how much we printed, it was good to have a choice as I did not want to run out and then wait for the cartridge to come or have a pile up of cartridges which can’t be used. I even got a Pre paid envelope to put empty cartridges in which is really good the environment and shows that they’re a sustainable company that recycle their cartridges
Overall I’d definitely recommend it for family use when you don’t have a lot of pages to print on a regular. It’s sleek and minimalist design is a bonus as well as the ink subscription and wireless connectivity. The app is straightforward to use and I’d also recommend it for those that feel like they’re not that tech savvy as the prompts are easy to follow for ease of use
