Not Pairing with Bluetooth USB Adapters

Neither the BT600A nor the BT700A is compatible with the Poly Sync 60. I cannot get them to pair. Both devices have the latest firmware as well as the Poly Sync 60. I've tried two different versions of each dongle and none pair with either the two Poly Sync 60's that I bought. I don't think Poly tested this claim of the Poly Sync 60 being compatible with these Bluetooth dongles.
I hope that this is addressed and a firmware update is released to fix this because otherwise the Sync 60 is a great product and works great in our conference room. Its just that I need a wireless connection and this falsely claims that it can.
I would recommend this to a friend!
