Good quality product, but my 8yo does not like wearing them because they are too tight on his head. I get that it should be snug for maximum protection, but if it is uncomfortable to wear, he won't wear it at all. I don't think this would be good for adult women as the packaging suggests. Maybe younger children with small heads only
