The hooks are fine, but…

The hooks are sturdy and easy to put on and take off, but they don’t allow things to be hung under the shelf.
Bikes, for example, can only be hung parallel to the long side of the rack. You should make available a version of the hooks that are turned 90 degrees, so items (like bikes) can be hung in perpendicular to the long side of the rack—using the space beneath the rack.

These are great to add a hook to the boarder facing outward

These are great to add a hook to the boarder part of the shelf facing outward. They don't impact placing items on the shelving either. I might buy 4 more. Better in my opinion than the GRH1, unless you need a hook in the interior portion.
