Pain to Bluetooth the speaker to my TCL tv

I bought it 5 days ago the speaker is such a pain to get it to blue tooth to my TCL Roku TV that if I had not lost the receipt I would take it back didn't mind the price but the one I bought sounds horrible not sure if it is damaged or not just don't sound good he has rattles and cracks through the sound like a busted speaker with sound
