Poor design

I've had these for four months. I ordered a pair of these but the left one refused to charge so I sent them back and got a replacement. I figured it was just a bad apple. The next pair had a similar issue. Replaced again. I ordered these specifically because they had a lot of fit options. However, when I put the large wings or the large tips on the buds, they don't charge right. Don't believe me? Check Klipsch's help page for "T5 II True Wireless (Sport) - Earphone Not Charging". Their help page tells you that if you experience charging issues, to try disconnecting the silicon tips and wings before placing in the case (!!!). Are we supposed to do that every time we need to charge them? It's pretty bad form for a company to tell you not to use their product as it's designed because of a manufacturing flaw. If they had any integrity or concern for their brand they would remanufacture the charging case and provide a free replacement to every owner of these ear buds.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

These are amazing! The sound quality is top notch! They are so good, that my boss could not even hear my toddler throwing a tantrum in the next room. Utilizing the 6 different ear pieces in combination with the 3 different loops, i found the perfect match for my ear and these things never move, not even while chasing the kids.

Very big and bulky, not super compatible with iPhone, not the worst but i’ve had a lot better. They hurt my ears, I tried all the different sizes it came with and just never felt good in my ear. Also didn't really stay in my ear very great. Would constantly slowly fall out of my ear.
