When they work they are great, but getting them set up is a nightmare. I managed to get them set up once and they worked fine and sounded great. Then while watching a TV show on my phone they started randomly shutting off. So I performed a factory reset per the user guide and now I can't get them to pair to each other and both work at the same time. The headphones look and feel great, the sound quality is wonderful. But none of that matters if setting them up is such a pain.
I own a set of these. The product is great as always. The app we are supposed to use in conjunction is useless. I own a pair of JayBird Vistas to. Their app actually compliments the ear buds. Hundreds of presets. Klipsch's app isn't good enough and needs to be redesign. Having superior quality ear buds without an app is an insult. Please check the competition's apps and go from there.
Have had them for not even a whole week to many issues. Firmware update on oct. 3 did not fix any of my issues. I've used klipsch headphones for years like them way better than a lot of the more famous brands. These suck and are not worth the price!
Pros: Case great, Presentation great, They fit great
Cons: Consistently unpairs, Not worth the money!, The App is horrible!!
I bought this product mainly for the transparency mode and battery life, but come to find out that the basic features of the product are worthless. The only things up to par is the klipsch sound and product materials but the main features of it are completely useless. Everyone I talk to can't hear me when I'm almost yelling, even with the rubber ear grips off, so I wouldn't dare talk in public with these. Transparency mode is good if you have music playing even ever so softly, but pause the music and its over... They click and then the drowning static noise starts. I could have bought any wireless headphones that would have been SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive to do what these do and I could actually use them for phone calls.
Pros: battery life, Comfort, Easy to use, Features, Quality Materials
Cons: Battery level never shows full, Buds don't always charge in case, Buds screech when docking in transparency mode, Microphone sounds like distant speakerphone, Rubber ear grips block mic holes, Rubber ear grips don't stay in place, Transparency mode at max still silences ambiance, Transparency static noise without audio playing
Uses: in the office remote meetings, house work inside and out, nature walks, the transparency technology helps in phone calls and conversations since the seal is very tight. The extras are amazing also, the wireless charger, the humidity control. This product is impressive.
After 3 weeks, I've finally fallen in love with these headphones. Here's what I went through to get here: 1. Use the largest rubber ear tip you can to ensure the best sound quality - smaller ear tips may fit in nicer, but they will also provide less sound protection (passive noise cancellation & for your music leaving your ear). The memory foam ear tip will prevent the earbuds from charging when you put them in the wireless charger (they appear to be too big to let the earbuds seat back down properly on the charging prongs - this took me 2 weeks to discover and numerous frustrations) 2. Download the Klipsch connect app. With this you can adjust the frequency levels in the earphones - and this really personalizes them bringing them to the level you expect from a premium audio brand like Klipsch. 3. If you have an issue switching back and forth between devices, cycle power on the earbuds and that can ensure you connect to what you are trying to connect to quickly. 4. The microphone is much clearer for phone calls and zoom meetings if you leave the transparency mode off. With the transparency mode on, your other participants appear to hear you more "distanced" from the microphone and they also hear more of your background environment. If they included noise cancelling and fixed the issue with the memory foam ear tips not fitting into the charging cradle perfectly, these would easily be 5 star ear buds. With those two (minor) issues, I can only say they are 4.5.. but issues aside - they sound AWESOME! \m/
Pros: Klipsch Brand, Moisture Eliminating Case, Size, Sound quality, Sport Proof, Stylish Design, Wireless Charging Case
Cons: Battery life, Minor Bugs, no active noise cancelling
