Best klipsch headphones I have bought. Only down side is can’t seem to buy extra outer rubber pieces. Over time and use they begin to slide and don’t stay in place
Right earbud refuses to charge. I did a factory reset and tried also without the silcone tip, no avail. After 24H in the box it shows 48% which goes to zero in about 30 seconds. I have sent it back and now waiting for a replacement. I cannot comment on any of the functions or the quality of the sound as I didn't manage to listen to music yet... Let's hope the new pair will be better.
Had them for a few months and the plastic piece that hold the ear tips in place cracked and caused the ear tip and a piece of the earbud to be stuck in my ear. I thought I might have to go to the hospital to get it removed but luckily I was able to get it with a pair of tweezers.
its impossible to charge mine.. in the app max loading 60% and after 1 minute those are empty... i cant tell about sound, because after one day charging and trying no sound on my ears.. so I have to return them..
Design is really nice, especially the charging case with dehumidifier included. Sound quality is great, but I was expecting a little more deep bass ends. The only issue that I've had thus far is that the left bud stayed stuck (didn't turn off and then didn't turn on). Afterwards, it sometimes is not synced with the right bud when charging or turning off/on.
I really enjoy listening to music with these ear buds. The sound is great and easily customizable with the use of the slick mobile app. Comfort is great as well. I do not use them for "sports" and more or less only wear them while at work, so I have found my ears are happiest without the removable silicon wings. My only issue with these buds is that there is a persisting battery issue that is very annoying. In all, this review is mainly praise for Klipsch's warranty department as explained below:
TLDR: I bought my first pair in April '22 and immediately, out-of-the-box, one of the buds' battery would only last for roughly 20-30 minutes before sounding a "low battery" warning and powering off. With the advertised battery life being around 8hrs, this was surprising. After resetting the buds following Klipsch's supreme online instructions/tutorials to no avail, I decided to reach out for a warranty claim. 5-stars for Klipsch warranty team as they sent me a replacement bud at no cost that was delivered quickly. The replacement worked great, and I was a happy listening customer. Unfortunately, the same battery issue presented itself with the other original bud after about a month and a half of heavy listening (about 5 hours at a time every weekday). I reached out to Klipsch warranty again and they again sent a replacement bud free of charge. Unfortunately, this second replacement bud had some other issues that were present upon powering on for the first time and it did not stay powered on long enough to connect to my other bud. Audio of the electronic voice saying "powered on" was distorted and sounded awful. I reached out once again to Klipsch warranty and presented my case. They responded by saying, "we will send you a brand-new set of T5 ll True Wireless Sport's and start fresh." They did this free of charge and I sent back all of the first kit that I had bought to complete the claim.
Fast forward 6 months and I have been steadily enjoying the sound, comfort, and performance of these earphones every day. They pair to my phone automatically without issue and I truly enjoy this product. HOWEVER, this silly battery issue is BACK with one of my buds and it now dies in about an hour after being fully charged by the great charging case. The other one still kicks hard for about 4 hours at a time before needing a charge. Still well under the advertised 8hrs of playback, but I get it. It's entirely possible that I just listen TOO much, but I would still love to see this one improvement made for their next models as I would gladly buy them again if I knew this was fixed. I have not reached out to warranty yet again for this persisting issue because I'm lazy and honestly hate taking advantage of a warranty program by constantly needing replacement items. Fortunately, the folks over at Klipsch warrant are so nice and accommodating to me and have truly been there for me, the listener. Maybe I'll just buy some Klipsch floor standing loudspeakers for my office and never have to worry about battery life again...
