I just wish it had some more grip everywhere except the center of the back of it...where you could put a Popsocket or a Popsocket Pocketable mount, but that is my only complaint.

Is my otterbox Fulfilling the needs of my cell phone and I wallet? No.
1. It's to shallow. Curvy screen is exposed. Phone is expensive. Needs protection which is why I bought an Otterbox.
2. It's slicker than snot. Again. Hella expensive phone.
3. The volume button sticks. Up is good. Down is a challenge.
4. The corner of my phone wiggles out.
I will get a different case from ya'll as I have never been this disappointed with a product of yours. I appreciate the all antimicrobial properties. But as much as I didn't like the discoloration of the last model I did like the grippy nonslip and hugginess on my phone. This case needs to be redone.

Case fit ok, poor edge protection

The case fits ok, a bit looser then my symmetry cases on the iPhone and I wonder if it will pop out if dropped/stressed. The screen edge protection is poor on this care compared to the iPhone case (12 pro max) where there is a raised bevel all around the screen. Getting a bit disappointed with my Otter box experience, I should have just lived with the bulk and gotten the defender case for the same price.

Quality is much lower than expected. I feel as if the protection isn't there versus what is advertised. Barely enough coverage to protect the cameras laying the case down versus my old Note 9 case.

Does NOT have raised edge around screen

I had this case for my old phone and the raised edge around the screen kept my phone several mm above any flat surface I set it on. This one does NOT have a raised edge at all despite the description, if I set my phone face down on a flat surface it rests on the screen and the case doesn't even touch the flat surface. It may be because of the curved screen but it's still misleading. I'm not sure if it's just for this phone or if it's for all cases in the Symmetry series but I'm pretty disappointed by the change.
In addition, the case doesn't seem as secure, when it's on I can clearly see the metal side of my phone on the right side and it pops off a lot easier than the case on my old phone. I haven't really gotten a chance to use it but I'll definitely be exchanging it for the commuter series, if that one has a screen bumper, or another brand if it doesn't. Really disappointed as this would have been my third OtterBox case and I was more than happy with the previous ones. Don't change what isn't broken, and DON'T advertise a feature that is no longer present.
