First one came without the volume button, but easy turnaround on the replacement. My only issue with this case is the way they handled the S-Pen area. You kinda of catch your thumb down there sometimes and it rubs a little because it is like a cutout on that bottom left corner. I don't know how you handle it but wondering if they could come up with a better way.

Don't buy, seven cracks on first drop

Girlfriend bought this case and first drop had seven separate cracks. SEVEN. Going all around the phone. Luckily it's the screen protector that broke, but we're still having difficulties getting even that fixed at the store we bought the phone and case at. This case doesn't even cover most of the phone, so no protection at all to the screen and cameras. Very obvious just meant to be sparkly, and she was looking for a clear case, not even sparkly, it was just all they offered. Don't buy; the first time you drop your phone, it will crack in this case.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
