Frustrated with the wait for the product, too much

Greetings, although I had already been told that shipping to Puerto Rico is slower, I understand that the wait is too long for a mobile phone protection item since the client wants to protect it against a fall. Since September 25, 2023, you have purchased this item and as of today it is still stationary in Florida. The wait is too much, not even in Japan I have had to wait so long and not even knowing when it will arrive causes total frustration. WHEN WILL THE COVER ARRIVE IN PUERTO RICO, WILL I HAVE TO WAIT 1 MORE MONTH?

Lackluster & Slippery

I gave this case 3 stars because the design itself is very pretty. The case, however, is lackluster. It doesn't feel as sturdy as my old commuter case and it is slippery as all heck! I can't put the phone down without it slipping away somewhere. Not thrilled with this case, I'm going to return it and go back to a commuter with some grip and heft to it.

Gets dirty fast, doesn't fit great

If you are wanting a nice clear case, do not get this. I had it for 2 weeks and it was turning black. I do not do anything to my phone to expose it directly to dirt. I even take my case off an sanitize it every few days. That did nothing to stop the discoloration. It also did not snap well over the top right where the camera is. It was constantly slipping off that edge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the first time I've tried this case and I like it. I used the Commuter series in the past. The "Iris My Case" purple color looks sharp with my lavender Galaxy S23 Ultra. It's nice to be able to see the color of the phone in parts. I'm a moron and I've already dropped this new phone twice. The case protected the device and there's no damage. The edges around the screen are just elevated enough to keep the screen from scaping against surfaces. I don't like using screen protectors so that's a win for me. The case is pretty hard but is also just a little rubbery so it stays leaning up at my desk and doesn't slide around in my hand or on surfaces. Very happy with it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Best clear case

Good case probably will fit most screen protectors. It's definitely one of the best clear cases you can buy however obviously it being a clear case it will leave fingerprints. It has a cutout for the s pen as well as a large enough cutout for the USBC port The last case I got from a different company My standard USB-C plug wouldn't actually fit so that was kind of a big deal for me it seems somewhat relatively protective of the device I already dropped it from pocket height on pure concrete and it did nothing to the phone I don't know and can't attest to any of the anti-bacterial stuff but overall it's a fantastic case
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not the best

No. The non yellowing clear case I bought back in May of this year is already turning yellow this product is a lie.

Very sad 😞

I love the style, the design of this case! It was an easy choice to pick as soon as I got my s23 ultra. But around 2 months after having it the discoloration of the sides was so disappointing! I'm still using the case until I can find the right next case, but it's a hard choice. 😪 I like to pick a case and stick with it. Very sad!

Very little screen protection

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. I've been using Otter Box cases for a long time, and specifically the Symmetry series. Well, this case for the s23 ultra does not have any bumper for the screen. My phone fell flat down, and even with a screen protector and this case on it my phone got cracked so bad the screen is flickering. I don't know why they designed this version that way, all the previous cases I had had a bumper on all edges of the screen.
