[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This 11.1.4ch system completely transformed my home theater. The immersion from the overhead channels is incredible; Dolby Atmos tracks make it feel like sound is moving all around you. The vocal clarity is razor-sharp, even during heavy action scenes, and the wide soundstage perfectly matches the scale of my TV screen. I am blown away by the dynamics of the system—it transitions effortlessly from quiet whispers to explosive impacts without losing detail. Plus, the deep bass from the subwoofer has an amazing resonance that fills the room without any distortion. It's an absolute powerhouse!

Good product, but terrable help from Samsung!

Some products never seem to give the consumer all the instructions when you receive the product. This is one of them. I had problems adding the rear speakers, so I called Samsung. I knew right away that I was going to have a problem, I had to have her repeat time after time to no avail. I went to Google AI and had the procedure instantly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Incredible system, with one major flaw

Overall this is by far the best surround sound system on the market today. The problem? The WLAN board. After mine failed I went to a few forums looking for information about a solution. Apparently this is an extremely common problem with this system. I'm honestly not sure why they didn't just include an ethernet port. But long story short, at some point I received the dreaded, "WIFI disconnected" error. Getting a replacement board is easy enough. There's something like 40 to 50 screws that need to be removed in order to access the board. Unfortunately Getting the replacement cable is next to impossible, so be very gentle with it (I broke mine, lesson learned).
In the end it's a fabulous system, with a fatal flaw. When the WLAN board goes bad you can no longer use the system to play music, or anything that requires WIFI.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
