Great sound, but…

These would easily earn 5 stars with me except for the fact that they barely reach past the top of my ears. The band behind your head is too short for the ear bud to reach into my ears; resting in front of, sacrificing the majority of the rich sound I know they’re capable of. I can place them inside my earlobes to get the best possible sound but then I get weird looks from people. It’s almost like these were meant to be a Junior size. Love the sound, the bass, ease of charging and syncing up with the JBL app. If only they fit better.

the headphones were okay while listening to music everything was fine but when you get in a call there's Echo and the quality is really bad.

Thank you for letting us know about the issue with our JBL Endurance Pace. We can try to initiate a reset by holding the circle and - volume buttons at the same time for 5 seconds. Connecting to a different device would also work. If it does not, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Poor design

Poor design - don’t particularly sit well on or around your ear. Not loud enough when you have a car or two nearby, useless at the gym. Unless it’s very quiet in surroundings, due to poor fit you’ll max the volume and still barely hear it. Wish I could take them back.

Good battery life and sound quality

The only downside I had was after a while they started to hurt my ears.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using these for workouts and running because I don’t have to readjust them. I simply put them on and I can run listening to music or podcasts while still having awareness of what’s going on around me. They are great for in home as well when cooking and being able to hear my kids. The microphone works for simple conversations.
Also great for people who don’t like earbuds and want light headphones. Not the best for sitting in a high back chair or sofa as the back will hit the headrest.
