Great device

How ever I can hear everything perfect except when using them to talk on the phone I don't ear anything and people can't hear me

Hey there, when you take a phone call make sure you phone is using the earbuds for the input and output for sound. It may be using your phones mic and speaker instead of the GO air. -JLab Audio

No bass at all

Just got these & there's not any bass like they claim. These aren't any better than the cheap ones I got from 5 below. Did all the tapping & still couldn't get any bass or loudness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fantastic Earbuds

these replaced my original jlab wireless earbuds from 3 years ago!! my older ones were working great until the dogs ate them. These new ones are even better!! great battery life and charging case is terrific!! these are the only earbuds i will ever buy. Plus you can't beat the price!!

Great sound, very painful

Recently got these, and they are exactly what I expected, so that part is good. Been using the wireless ones with the ear hooks, but ear hooks + Covid mask didn't work well. These sound good, but my ears are really small and so getting them to sit properly is extremely painful. Tried everything but they always slip or hurt. :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Faulty (again)

I first purchased these over the summer and they worked great for a few months, but then the right earbud stopped working - it constantly said "low battery" no matter what I did and both earbuds would then turn off. No big deal, it happens, I knew they were under warranty so I went through the process to get a replacement pair. Have had the replacement pair for maybe a month (at the most) and already the right earbud is not working again. Can't get the case to recognize it, can't get it to reset, turn on, etc. Left seems to be working fine. Frankly not worth my effort to go through the process of getting these replaced - not interested in getting caught in an endless cycle of replacing a faulty product. Would not recommend.

Not very loud

I bought these about 6 weeks ago. They are okay. They work fine but I've gotten numerous complaints from people I've called on the phone that say my voice doesn't come through very well on their end. I also don't think they play music very loud even at the highest volume. I honestly think my wired, cheaper earbuds are louder than these to a noticeable degree

I found my way here from a FB ad as well as having owned a pair of JLAB audio wired earbuds that have been flawless. I ended up purchasing a streaming mic and these buds. Battery life and sound is phenomenal. I'll also be reviewing my mic once have tested it on stream.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I got this about two weeks ago and I did not use them like all the time but I used them a good amount and then one day it just stopped charging and would not connect don’t recommend this item
