Unusable right out of the box

Left earbud will connect (I know because the touch controls operate e.g. I tap it twice and my voice assistant opens) but will not play sound. I've done the trouble shooting and factory reset several times and also connected them to other devices and the problem persists. Very frustrating to pay 30$ for a product that's inoperable right out of the box. Only positive is that I like the design of the built in charger.

Hi there, we are extremely sorry about this! As always we have a two-year warranty on all Bluetooth products and would be able to exchange for a new set for any manufacturer issues. Please contact our customer support team for help. -JLab Audio
Everything is fine except all of a sudden they don’t want to connect to my phone. Sometimes they do sometimes they don’t. I use iPhone so sometimes I have to “forget this device” and try to reconnect them again and they just fail most of the time

I have had my earbuds for about a month and a half now. Everyone I talk to complains about hearing my background super high but they have issues hearing me unless I’m speaking very loudly. After a workout and sweat the right earbud is staticky. Amount of background noise these pick up is just making it difficult to use them for calls. Is this a problem in all of your wireless earbuds?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using these for a few months now. I am pleasantly surprised that for a low price I can get a functioning product that does not break in the first week or so. The sound is not much, but it is acceptable. They are actually very very functional as you do not need to open anything - you just pull them out straight away. The battery is good and they are not a nuisance in any way.
I just got them last week and loved them. Ordered 2 more, one for me and one for a friend. But just had an issue with the first pair increasing the volume all in it's own. I hope it's just a fluke and the other two are ok.
Well, I am no sound engineer, but I do however still want a clean sound. I have started to use these at home (office until the shelter-in is lifted) and for walks. I both listen to music and make phone calls. I was using Status BT One wireless headset for a while but wanted in-ear buds instead. I love the Status, they sound amazing and have a great battery life, but I just cannot stand having over-ear headsets. So, I wanted to find some true wireless earbuds that sounded great, with a clean sound and nice bass profile. The Pros: - Price -- although they don't have ANC, they are priced well below other premium earbuds and sound great with great features and build quality. - Excellent sound IMO - Nice bass without drowning out the mids and highs -- I use the phone’s sound quality and effects to change the EQ to Dynamic and it sounds awesome! Also, if you Google it, there are some great YouTube tricks to update the settings on your phone to further max out the sound quality. Note, I have a Galaxy A71 5G. - Great sound quality on phone calls - Volume -- I hate when earbuds are low volume. These bad boys can get super loud. They also sound great and easily connect with my PC. - Very comfortable in my ear -- can wear for hours - They don't fall out -- I can go for brisk walks and runs and they stay in without losing a seal (which is important to have good sound) At first, you have to get use to the tips and find the right one for you ear canal. - The battery life is great, so far -- 5 hours + another 15 hours with charging case - They look great -- very sleek, small and do not stick too far out of your ears - Solid build – - IP44 rating -- good enough for working out or walks without worrying about damaging them from sweating. I am not going to dive into a pool with them. - Tap control - I did not want to have to click a button with earbuds, as that can get annoying. The JLAB buds are pretty good with the sensitivity of the taps and the controls are just what I need: volume, pause, skip, answer calls, etc. - Pairing -- maybe because I have a Samsung Galaxy phone, but as soon as I opened the case they paired right away with my phone - Independent ear buds -- these ear buds can be used independently, as opposed to the right ear bud being the main bud and the left dependent, which can cause Bluetooth sync issues. Plus, if one of your ear buds is lower on battery, you can use the other for calls. I also think the sound quality is better with independent setup. The JLAB paired easily with my PC. - Noise isolation -- I had to put on the large ear tips and are able to seat them nicely in my ears, which blocks out external noises very well. I do not need ANC as the isolation is fine for me. - Charging case -- very nice, small and solid. Love the magnets and the case is small enough to easily carry around. - Auto-reconnect -- they automatically reconnect to my phone when I take them out of the case.
The Cons: (there's nothing bad with them, but just less good LOL): - Can only pair with 1 device at a time. I guess you can pair more than one Samsung Galaxy device with the app -- but for non-Samsung devices, this is not possible. I have to unpair them from my phone in order to pair with my laptop for example. - Having to put the earbuds in the case to pair. I tried pairing while they were in my ears, to change devices, but didn't work for me. - No active noise cancelling (ANC) -- but for me that's not a problem as they seat in my ears well and isolate outside noise quite well.
- Incomplete documentation -- It does not tell me how many charges are left in the charging case. I wish it some percentage counter of some sort. I was wondering if there was an APP like the phone to download for my PC. Let me know. - Sometimes taking them out of my ears and putting them into the case, I accidentally tap them and start music playing or something -- nothing serious. - The charging cable is too short. I wish it were longer. Bottom line, I think for most users, especially if you have a Samsung Galaxy phone, these are fantastic. They are not perfect by any means, but all around great and I am pleased with my purchase.
I decided to try these after trying some cheap wired earbuds. My problem was finding some that didnt hurt my ears. Well, these dont. I love i can use only 1 if i want. And when i am done, i put them in the case and go. Perfect for at the gym. Loved them so.much, i recommended them to my sister. The option to use only 1 was a bonus for her since she has a hearing aid. She loves them now too.
I have had these for two weeks, I have tried multiple times to charge them, and it takes me 3 or 4 times to figure out what way the dumb thing plugs in to the USB I guess. I turn it, I try different plug ins etc. I have no clue when it's actually charged, does the light change color? I have to PAIR THEM every single time because when you take them out of charger my phone doesn't remember them. I really want to just pop these out of the charger and turn on my audio book and go and it's just a hassle. I had other JLab earbuds (not this style...I loved them and lost them) but these just aren't making me happy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
