Easy to understand overall a great product

I bought them a few days ago. I got a two year protection so I know they will out las the price by far. They work amazing and are easy to understand. I say you get more then you pay for but there is some lack of bass, don’t quote me on that because A I haven’t fully broken them in yet and B I do audio for a living and wanted to try a cheaper alternative to the AirPods. I’d 100% recommend them to someone who wants a good budget buy that’s honestly underpriced. Also the fact the charger is bult in is great I lose them all the time and this works amazing for me. The only thing I’d ask for is If I could buy a small case for it to hang it on a keychain or something. But maybe they will come out with one in the future.

Case should have a lid. You will lose them

The buds are ok but whoever thought having a case without a lid is a genius. I've already lost one because they don't stay in the case well and fall out.

The Best!

I have trusted JLab for other earbuds for years and these are my favorite. One, since I have small ears having the extra small rubber piece is helpful. The instructions are very clear and helpful. I’ve had no issues for the years I’ve used this exact product. It’s smart for having the volume feature so you don’t have to use the phone buttons. And that it’s a tap sensor not a button. The magnetic case is strong and always works. Even when I put in one earpiece in my pocket, some how it automatically moves into the correct spot. The three EQ modes are a cool addition but I mostly use the Balanced mode. Having the charger be Integrated is the best part so one doesn’t have to fool around and wast time trying to put it in the correct way when it goes in whichever way! This does have a long battery life. When it fully charged I would be able to used them for three full work days with out fully charging the case. The case is small and compact but big enough to know when it’s not in your pocket. Thank you very much for a great product!

Problem fitting and difficult to adjust

I got as a Christmas gift but the earbud would not adjust to fit snug in my ear and stay comfortably. As a result the right bud fell out of my ear٫ is lost٫ and I am only left with one earbud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have small, weird ears, and have a hard time finding earbuds that fit comfortably and stay in my ears. I got these, and I am so glad I did. They come with various sizes of tips, and the smallest ones work perfectly for me. They go in, stay in, and sound great. This is a great company to support, because they stand behind their products! You've got a forever customer with me!

Moderate Earbuds

This is the third pair of JLab earbuds that I’ve bought (I have a pair of JLab Airs, one JLab GO Air (the other in that pair had a mishap), and now a new pair of JLab GO Airs). My personal recommendation would be to spend the extra $20 on the JLab Airs because I’ve never once had a problem with those. With my JLab GO Airs though it’s a hit or miss. Sometimes the earbuds stay in and when they do they’re really nice, but for the most part when I’m actually doing something they fall out all the time. I’ve tried all sizes that come with the earbuds and I’ve even tried memory foam ones but nothing has seemed to work. I hope that there can be some resolution to this problem in the future because aside from that issue these earbuds are absolutely great. JLab earbuds in general are probably the best pair of buds you can go for for a decent price because it manages to keep good sound quality without being super expensive. Hell, I’d honestly advocate for these earbuds if I could and I know that I’ve told friends to look into them.

They’re overall good just need some kinks made

They sound good and are very light. I also love the way the charging case is made where u don’t need a specific type of charger in order to charge them. The only problem I have is the case a protection wise. I tested a fall with these and they fell out they need a cover over the opening of the earbuds but other than that an amazing product with a unique way of charging .
