Right Ear Bud does not work

I got this as a gift. I did everything the instructions said to do. The right earbud will not work no matter what I try.

Right ear bud not working

So disappointed that this happened. I was really enjoying these headphones when a few days ago my right ear bud stopped working and I’ve tried everything in the videos/instructions and nothing is working. The button works but no sound from it. I was excited to have finally found an affordable and reliable Bluetooth headphone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased these a month ago I hadn’t used them. When I say the quality is good the sound is great and the battery last a significant amount of time. I most definitely would/will recommend

earbud won't flash blue to pair

I have used earbuds for a few months without a problem and love them. However, just recently they no longer pair. I take them out of case and only get a white light but no flashing light on either of the earbuds. Can't recommend to a friend if they are not reliable.

Great sound, easy connection

I received a pair of of the Jbuds air true wireless earbuds for Christmas. They had good sound but were too large for my ears. I ended up loosing one of the earbuds and purchased the GO Air True Wireless. They were smaller and fit perfectly. The sound is great and being able to connect without jumping through hoops was a good selling point. However, I again lost one of the earbuds and there is no option to buy just one replacement earbud. So I purchased another pair. I now have 2 half pairs and one full pair. Per JLabs customer service there is no app available to help you find then missing earbud. The sound quality is great, good fit for smaller ears, great connectivity and best value for price I paid ($17 + tax).
I would recommend this to a friend!

These earbuds are inexpensive, so for the price I give them 4 stars. There are some issues. I mostly use for talking on the phone and some of those I talk with do complain of very loud background noise (i.e., if I open a closet door or get a glass from a cabinet). More expensive earbuds usually filter that noise. The quality of the sound (spoken word for podcasts, etc.) is OK, not great, but totally usable.
The fit in the ear is pretty good, not great. I did switch to the smallest tip and it improved the fit considerably. I do LOVE that the earbuds themselves are very small. It's a little bit of a pain to get them out of the charging case, but again, no big deal. The cord on the charging case is too short. It took a bit of creativity to find a way to plug in the case.
Overall these earbuds get 4 stars from me because they are so very inexpensive. If the price went up, my rating would go down.

I originally bought these for my son when his Rewind Retro Wireless Headphones were on their last leg. This is the third type of JLab wireless headphones I had purchased, all for my son as he grew. He became a teenager and was suddenly too cool for traditional over ear headphones, insisting on earbuds. I was happy with how well these worked for him that I purchased 3 more pairs for teenage family members for Christmas. Over the last few months, my son continuously had me listening to videos with one of his earbuds and I realized these were even something that I would enjoy having. I have now purchased a pair for myself! I think my favorite feature is the quality mic built in that makes handsfree phone calls so much better! I highly recommend this product.
