Excellent audio provided they are fitted well into the ear.
The way the charging case turns them on and off is very useful, especially if you have multiple Bluetooth devices.
I've had problems getting a really secure fit.

the go air are actually more than i expected

I bought these and i really didnt expect much from them. When they arrived, however, there were a lot of features that i liked. The sound is also pretty much crystal clear

When I ordered these earbuds I didi not expect what I got for the money. The sound is beyond words. Well! Only one word comes to mind and that’s fantastic! I must admit that the sound of music is truly subjective. But in my opinion these
earbuds are well worth the money. All that said, buy them.

The best for the price!

When it comes to quality, you don't expect the lower priced options to be good. I was skeptical for sure and had questions. Would these stay in my ears during workouts? Would they block out the awful gym music? Would they be comfortable for extended use? Would I get the mix I wanted using the preset e.q. settings? Yes to ALL! I had anticipated returning them and after putting them through the paces, I'm recommending them to all my friends. Easy to charge too with the built in cable and no fear of losing them with the magnetic port. Well done JLab!

Work well, but don't fit me

I received these as a gift and was so excited. I have three pairs of Jlabs earphones, two wireless and one wired. This has been the one brand that I can actually get to fit my ears so I was hopeful that the Jlabs earbuds would work also but I can't get them to stay in my ears. I have tried everything but had to give up when one fell out into a big pot of grits I was cooking.
I would recommend this to a friend!

GREAT SOUND FOR THIS HARD OF HEARING OLD WOMAN

I have small ear holes & have spent a small fortune trying to find buds that don't fall out these seem decent but am disappointed for $33 they couldn't include different sizes of gel cushions as I would love to go one size down from wgat came with the buds.
