Very poor design and product development

I have had continual ongoing problems with these earbuds since I purchased.

Good but now only one charges

Ok as back up pair

Bought these for a train journey after leaving my main pair behind.
They are great when they are working but despite telling me they are fully charged I am lucky to get an hour’s use out of them.
If they lasted longer then great pair of wireless headphones. Sound is good and fit is comfortable

So far these are great !
The onky reason I gave the item 4 stars: the volume and equilizer controls ate a little hard to get working properly...and the volume is a bit limited in how loud it can get.
