Amazing sound!!

I have been hesitant to purchase a pair of wireless earbuds but these are amazing!! I love the way they sound and it is so convenient to touch the earbuds to manage the sound, pause the music or change tracks.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is my second ear buds I purchase.. I still have the other but only one ear bud working. It has been 2 yrs since I got it for my son. Very happy with product

Not loud enough

Bought these for the gym, volume is not nearly loud enough to block out music over the speakers at the gym and can hear conversations at full volume. Would not recommend there are better headphones in this price category, they do have a good fit and feel secure.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi there, you may find that the sound is better when you try different ear tips, give them a slight twist when placing in your ear, and switch between EQ settings. If this doesn't help, please reach out to our customer support team to assist you. -JLab

I bought the wired ear plugs but Bluetooth was not working so I've contacted the customer service and the guy (I'm sorry, I forgot his name) was so friendly and kindly explained whole process.
Now, I'm enjoying the new Air earbuds! Love the color and working fantastic!!!

Great sound, but....

The sound is great from them, and they do quite well with calls. However, they didn't come with additional sizes of cushions so they fall out of my ear unless I stay still. Which kind of defeats the purchase of earbuds.

Only one ear bud works.

I've literally gone through everything and read every support message that this could fall under. I just bought these today from wallgreens and only the right ear bud works. The left one never even turned on. I charged them for multiple hours and nothing from the left earbud.

Best earbuds under $100

I love my earbuds! It also blend with my black hair (I bought black earbuds)! It hard to find good earbuds! I would buy JLAb earbuds again! I heard so much about JLab a lot and wanted to try their earbuds! So 100% recommend JLab! Thank, JLab!
