Absolutely love these earbuds!

I had bought my first earbuds from another company and had to return for replacement because they were defective. I gave up on that company when the replacement set was defective as well!
A friend recommended jlab and I am so pleased. They paired immediately, are easy to use, fit comfortably and have great sound. I definitely recommend these earbuds

I literally dropped the same bud in the jacuzzi and a boiling pot of water and it’s still works perfectly

I bought these 11/2020 Sadly had issue with one earbud. Contacted JLAB and may I say they have an awesome customer service. Product was promptly replaced and I'm loving my GO Air wireless earbuds.

Washed and still work

Honestly, these are incredible! I'm not sure if they're designed to be waterproof, but mine went through an entire wash cycle and still worked- charging pod and all! I would give 5 stars if the design were more fitted and comfortable to my ear.

Underwhelming

I purchased these Go Air because of the size and weight. I am constantly having to push them back in my ears as they work their way out during talking and eating. I managed to lose the right one within the first week because it fell out. (Yes, i have tried the other size inserts but medium fits best) Also, callers have a hard time hearing me and the volume on the ear buds is too low for me.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hmmm

The pros are they have a good sound and good mic. The cons they never stay in my ears they always want to fall out. I’m constantly having to make sure they are secured in my ear before doing something and after a few times of adjusting them they hurt my ears. They don’t stay connected for very long or I can’t hear my friends but they can hear me.

I enjoy them, although they never tell me the battery percentage. They always say 100% but then will die 2 minutes later. The battery life is good, I just wish it accurately said the percentage left.

These are great earbuds

I've had these earbuds for about a year and they still work I've even dropped them a few times by mistake and they still work. I had a pair of skullcandy earbuds before these and those ones lasted me 3 months I highly recommend the jlab go airs.
